The Columns and Rows Properties

The Columns property returns a Columns collection that represents all the table columns in the range, selection, or table. The properties and methods of the Columns collection are:

Add	Delete	Parent
Application	DistributeWidth	Select
AutoFit	First	SetWidth
Borders	Item	Shading
Count	Last	Width
Creator	NewEnum

and those of the Column object are:

Similarly, the Rows property returns a Rows collection that represents all the table rows in the range, selection, or table. The properties and methods of the Rows collection are:
