Another important element in cross-platform development projects is the set of user interaction patterns for the application. Users already using the application on other platforms would want to find the same interaction patterns on clients running on another platform. This decision process gets even more complicated with platform specific interaction patterns, since the application should provide a familiar interface for platform users.
