I worked with a client who provided computer information technology support to businesses around Brisbane. It bought in various low-value items such as cords, wires, adapters and connectors, which could be used to set up and maintain information technology installations on client sites. These accessories are high volume and low cost, so the business invoiced its customers without tracking the inventory volume — as such, the business managed this inventory using the untracked inventory function in Xero.
