The advent of connection to the World Wide Web from mobile devices brings with it many possibilities and opportunities. Looking beyond the hype, of which there is an enormous amount at present, there also are genuinely exciting possibilities. In parallel with those opportunities, there also are significant technical issues yet to be solved.
