I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
What's Wrong with EDI?
The preceding discussion has brought out some of the essential problems with EDI, in terms of different expectations that are widely held today. But it's important to understand that there's a lot that's right with EDI too. It's a widely deployed technology that works and saves money. Those who are asking "What's wrong?" are doing so from a more modern perspective, where companies can assume high-quality, secure Internet links. Today, many kinds of business relationships are moving online, and networking applications have improved substantially.
