Creating SMIL Content

With the SMIL vocabulary fresh on your mind, it's time to put it work and create a complete SMIL presentation. Before you do so, however, I want to highlight the three main tasks involved in creating a SMIL presentation:

• Create the regions for the media objects in the head of the SMIL document.

• Create the media objects in the body of the document.

• Establish the playing order and timing of the media objects with <par> and <seq> tags.
