As you learned earlier in the chapter, RELML is broken into several XML vocabularies that target specific types of real estate. Using different vocabularies allows RELML to address the nuances of different types of real estate without complicating and diluting a single vocabulary. The following are the different RELML vocabularies:
Residential
Commercial
Vacant land
Working land
For the purposes of this chapter, we're going to focus on the residential portion of RELML. This will be the most commonly used RELML vocabulary, simply due to the sheer quantity of residential homes for sale. Listing 38.1 contains the DTD for the RELML residential vocabulary.
