RELML and OpenMLS
OpenMLS is a Web-based property management system by OpenMLS Software, and it's the first commercial property listing management system based on RELML. It's an interesting system because it establishes a ubiquitous database for real estate property listings that can be accessed in a variety of different ways. OpenMLS allows localized listing services to use the OpenMLS data store for list management purposes, as well as giving agents the freedom to reference listing information from their personal Web sites.
