Acquiring Better Focus

In this chapter you will:
- learn to look at life in a variety of different ways
- better choose the things in life on which to focus
- become comfortable with regularly changing your focus
You might not realize it in a well-made movie, but much of the drama and moodiness of the film is created with clever use of focusing.
