I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The Lifeblood of a Good Relationship Is Free and Open Communication
Good relationships are built and maintained by free and frequent verbal communication. People need to talk with each other, exchange ideas, voice complaints, and offer suggestions if they intend to keep a good relationship. The moment that one party refuses to talk things over, the relationship line becomes thin and weak.
The primary responsibility for creating and maintaining a strong vertical relationship rests with the supervisor. Building a vertical relationship line is a responsibility that goes with the position.
