Membership on a Diverse Team
We often hear that the right combination of talent among a team of people, when everyone is working together, can produce a sum greater than the total of each individual operating alone. This is true. Teams that work in harmony (the best possible horizontal relationships) are those that win the awards. Also, teams made up of culturally diverse people frequently have broader perspectives than teams of employees who all have the same background.
