Searching for the Zone of Peak Performance

Paul gets into his car to go meet with the potential client. The meeting is being held over lunch, at a restaurant a thirty-minute drive away, in a part of town Paul doesn’t visit often. As he pulls onto the road, he thinks about not having to deal with emails or calls for thirty minutes, and lets out an audible sigh of relief. Ten minutes down the road, entering the freeway, he realizes he is driving in the wrong direction. He has taken the route he takes each day to drop his daughter off at school.
