Fail forward

Inviting feedback from our clients can feel uncomfortable. It may feel tempting to continue on, hoping nobody will criticize us, and that we’ll get through the contract and move onto the next one, without anyone giving us any feedback at all—and simply pay us at the end and say goodbye. But how do we learn and grow without feedback, and if we do not know what our clients are thinking or their response to our work, then we are working blindfolded.
