Chapter 6. Mastermind Groups
Success or failure in business is caused more by the mental attitude than by mental capacities.
Joe Vitale walked into our mastermind meeting, sat down, and announced, "I want to be in a movie. I don't know anybody who makes movies, and I don't know how it will happen, but I'm going to be in a movie."
Less than a year later, the movie The Secret was released—starring Joe Vitale, along with several other successful authors and philosophers.
At another meeting, a very single Cindy Cashman said, "Do not tell anybody, but I've decided to become the first woman to get married in outer space."
Less than a year later, she had signed contracts with a company that was gearing up for space tourism, was negotiating multimillion dollar endorsement deals, talking with reality show and movie producers, and had found the love of her life, Mitch, who agreed to the plan.
The wedding will take place in 2008. In outer space.

Throughout this book, you'll see references to my mastermind group. There's a reason for that. It's one of my secrets for success.
