When designing any new curriculum, I would like to know if any of you have a best practice or standard used to define the percent of any training that should be learner-led activity, or practice.

In terms of a standard for the percentage of training that should be learner-led activity or practice, consider 100 percent. Before you stop reading because you think this percentage is impractical, think about a time when you had an exceptional learning experience.
