3. Working Together

Before we start: you may find this chapter hard to swallow, but it’s also the most important. So remember that I love you. This is where I tell you the things you do wrong. Don’t kick yourself; I’ve made these mistakes too. By the time you’re done reading this, you’ll be doing more things right than wrong, and have the envy of your peers.

Once you’ve hired a designer you need to trust them to do their job. This is harder than it sounds.
