In this chapter, we’re going to introduce Zero Trust as a concept, a philosophy, and a framework. In addition to a brief overview of the history and evolution of Zero Trust, we’ll also be introducing some guiding principles. We believe there are core and extended principles common to every Zero Trust initiative, which are important to understand as you embark on your journey.
