The Social Engineer

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. — Sun Tzu

The Social Engineer reads the hearts and minds of those she works with and for. She asks of everyone, “What makes this person angry, insecure, argumentative, calm, happy?” She studies their moods and dispositions. With this knowledge she can encourage those who are useful, and discourage those who are not. The Social Engineer never acts on her own emotions.
