James is a manager of customer success at O’Reilly with ten years of experience in customer success and online learning, strategically supporting both enterprise accounts and partner resellers. He is committed to learning and sharing knowledge with a bachelors degree in Chemistry attained via asynchronous study. In his free time, he loves to run around at parks with his two boys, play tabletop wargames, and spend time watching anime with his wife, who is currently studying for a PHD in History with Reading University.
