  • Use AI-assisted tools to generate professional project artifacts, including charters, risk registers, and retrospective summaries
  • Design effective AI prompts and multistep workflows that reduce manual administrative tasks and increase project visibility

Course description

Modern work is increasingly project-based, placing immense pressure on teams to deliver more with less. For project managers, handling timelines, stakeholder updates, risk registers, and documentation often consumes more time than the core work itself. But AI agents can help PMs without a technical or coding background reduce administrative overhead.

Discover how to use Claude Cowork, Anthropic’s new AI-powered desktop tool, to streamline these time-consuming but essential project management tasks under the guidance of digital transformation specialist Altaf Rehmani. You’ll learn how to integrate AI directly with your local files and applications so you can automate documentation, synthesize complex information, and accelerate decision-making. You’ll also get hands-on experience with Cowork, applying it to real-world project scenarios such as drafting status reports, building risk registers, and constructing reusable AI-assisted workflows. By the time you’re through, you’ll be able to leverage AI to take burdensome admin tasks off your plate and focus your skills on the bigger picture.
