    Colleen Tartow, PhD, is senior director of data engineering at Capital One. She has more than 20 years of experience in data, analytics, and engineering, leading diverse teams in building complex global data management solutions and architecting data systems. Her track record as a speaker, prolific author, mentor, and startup advisor, combined with her technical expertise, makes her a trusted data executive.

  • Andrew Mott

    Andrew Mott has worked in the field of data and analytics for more than 20 years. He has designed and built solutions for multinational enterprises across a number of industry verticals based on data warehouses, data lakes, and data lakehouses. His focus has been on optimizing the utility of analytics initiatives within organizations, whether that’s through revenue enhancement or cost mitigation. Andrew has worked for a number of well-known technology companies, and more recently has been engaged working with technology startups looking to accelerate their market presence in EMEA. He has written a number of books and articles on a variety of topics including Data Mesh, DataOps, business operating models, and data supported decisioning, and is a regular speaker at technology events, C-level events, and anywhere that offers pizza.
