Building a digital transformation technology road map
Course outcomes:
- Learn how to use EA principles to build a long-term IT strategy that aligns with your business goals
- Understand how to craft a baseline architecture and a target architecture using The Open Group Architecture Framework, the Zachman Framework, and the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework
- Learn how to implement your architecture strategy in the cloud using the cloud adoption frameworks and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for enterprise architecture
Course description:
Join expert Rohit Bhardwaj to gain an in-depth understanding of enterprise architecture and learn how to create a technology road map for digital transformation in the cloud. In this two-day bootcamp, you’ll explore various EA frameworks for crafting baseline and target architecture, identify gaps between the baseline and target architecture, and prepare a step-by-step road map to reach the desired state. You’ll then focus on how to implement your architecture strategy in the cloud, learning about AWS, Microsoft, and Google cloud adoption frameworks and the SAFe Agile enterprise architecture.
Day 1: Enterprise Architecture Foundation
Day 2: Enterprise Architecture Deep Dive
NOTE: With today’s registration, you’ll be signed up for both sessions. Although you can attend either of the sessions individually, we recommend participating in both.
What you’ll learn and how you can apply it
- Apply EA principles to create a digital transformation road map
- Apply skills to lead architecture strategy, architecture governance, portfolio management, architecture review boards, and technology lifecycles for large projects
- Adopt cloud technologies and build a cloud native architecture vision
