Introduction – Alistair Croll (5 minutes)

  • Alistair Croll welcomes you to the GenAI Superstream.

Keynote—From Data Hoarding to Data Harnessing: Why GenAI Demands More Than Just Volume – Sol Rashidi (20 minutes)

  • While it's widely accepted that data is the lifeblood of generative AI, it's time to challenge the assumption that more data automatically means better outcomes. Sol Rashidi, data and AI executive, unpacks her proven framework for categorizing data from high to low integrity and explains why only high-integrity, accessible data should be used in GenAI initiatives. She exposes the pitfalls of data hoarding and the illusion of readiness it creates, and instead advocates for intentional, interconnected datasets that fuel trustworthy, scalable outcomes. If GenAI is the engine, then high-integrity data is the premium fuel. Learn how to stop stockpiling and start synthesizing—turning your data into real business advantage.

Turning Data into Content with Multimodal AI – Dov Amihod (40 minutes)

  • Information comes in many forms, from large-scale data lakes to the rows and columns of a spreadsheet. Assembling information from disparate sources is often slow, costly, and requires reaching across multiple silos. Can the humble spreadsheet help AI tools solve this? Dov Amihod, cofounder and CTO of Datagrid, looks at how to structure information in spreadsheets so that multimodal AI can use this information to generate a wide range of data in multiple formats, tailored for specific channels and audiences.

Break (5 minutes)

Agentic Engineering for Data Analysis – Reuven Cohen (40 minutes)

  • Leading AI consultant Reuven Cohen tells you everything you need to know (but were afraid to ask) about agentic engineering for data analysis—from introductions to more automated and advanced code generation, automated analysis, self-learning systems, and virtual employees.

5 Data Engineering Trends You Should Know to Enable Better AI Analytics – Ariel Pohoryles (Sponsored by Boomi) (30 minutes)

  • AI and analytics both run on data, but how we feed that data is changing rapidly in the AI era. From accelerating and simplifying data integration with AI to new types of data workflows we need to support to feed AI applications, data engineering for analytics is in a state of flux. Ariel Pohoryles, director of product marketing for data integration at Boomi, shares the latest trends and how they’ll impact your analytics work. (Spoiler: They’re not all directly related to AI.) This session will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A in a breakout room. Stop by if you have more questions for Ariel.

Break (5 minutes)

Unlocking Data Storytelling: Innovation with Generative AI – Jordan Morrow (40 minutes)

  • Generative AI offers unprecedented opportunities for innovation as well as efficiency. Jordan Morrow, a.k.a. “The Godfather of Data Literacy,” explores how the application of generative AI can unlock the potential of data by generating ideas, enhancing storytelling, and driving decision-making.

Bridging the Gap: Speed Versus Trust in AI-Powered Data Analysis and Self-Serve Analytics – Rob Darling (40 minutes)

  • Getting fast, trusted answers from data is critical to business success. But BI teams are drowning in requests—and business users are stuck waiting. Generative AI promises a way out of the bottleneck: faster insights, automated SQL, and easier access to data. But in real-world implementations, the speed of AI collides with the need for trust, accuracy, infrastructure performance, and governance. Rob Darling, founder and CEO of RunQL, digs into the reality of GenAI, exploring what works, what doesn't, and how to ensure accuracy when applying GenAI to BI and self-serve analytics.

Closing Remarks – Alistair Croll (5 minutes)

  • Alistair Croll closes out today’s event.
