Course description
When AI and automation enable you to delegate repetitive and manual tasks, what do you do with the time you gain? Do you simply fill it with more tasks, or do you pivot toward high-value opportunities that drive organizational success? In this course, Sujatha Das provides you with a repeatable framework for identifying and capturing real strategic opportunities.
You’ll learn to shift your mindset from “doing work” to “creating value” using the AIM model and the SCOPE thinking framework. You’ll learn how to intentionally reinvest the time saved by AI into understanding your business context at a deeper level and improving existing systems. By the time you’re through, you’ll have a 30-minute strategic thinking ritual to ensure that your shift to impact-oriented work becomes a permanent part of your professional practice.
