  • Presentation: How AI is reshaping work and leadership expectations; recognizing emotional responses to AI—anxiety, excitement, resistance, confusion; the leader’s role in navigating uncertainty and building trust; why coaching becomes critical in AI-driven workplaces

Coaching for AI adoption and psychological safety (38 minutes)

  • Presentation: The shift from directive leadership to coaching leadership; creating psychological safety during technological disruption; coaching questions leaders can use during AI transformation; encouraging experimentation and learning with AI tools; a simple leadership coaching lens (listen → reframe → encourage → experiment)
  • Hands-on exercise: Answer questions about a mini case study
  • Break

The human-AI collaboration model (45 minutes)

  • Presentation: Moving from job replacement thinking to job redesign thinking; the human-AI collaboration model; the 4E coaching model for AI leadership (empathize, explain, explore, experiment)
  • Hands-on exercises: Choose a role from your team and rewrite it as human-AI collaboration role; share a couple of roles created by participants or written by facilitator
