Prerequisites

- Group discussion: What do you want Microsoft Copilot 365 to do that it currently cannot?
Copilot Chat deep dive (25 minutes)
- Presentation: How Copilot Chat “grounds” answers in Outlook mail, Teams meetings, and Microsoft 365 docs
- Demonstration: How to use Copilot Chat, with several examples; various prompts to pull meeting notes, inbox threads, etc.
- Q&A
Copilot in Loop, OneNote, and OneDrive (30 minutes)
- Demonstration: Quick‑capture, edit, and interrogation patterns across Loop components, OneNote notebooks, and OneDrive files
- Hands-on exercise: Create a OneDrive file and use Copilot to answer questions using data from that file

Designing knowledge agents (35 minutes)
- Presentation: What makes an agent “knowledge‑based”; supported data connectors; grounding versus retrieval
- Demonstration: Creating new knowledge agents from uploaded policy docs in SharePoint and Copilot Studio
- Hands-on exercise: Draft your own “FAQ Agent” spec (data set + sample question + desired answer style)
