As a hydrologist, he developed and programmed statistical and physics-based surface water models that integrated large historical databases. As an Internet Engineer, Chris has over 10 years of experience in three-tier Web development and programming using HTML, JavaScript, XML, PHP, PERL, SVG, and multiple relational databases platforms.
