Connie S. Wilson

Bio

Connie S. Wilson (MCSE, CCEA, CNA, CCNA) is the Information Services Operations Manager for CNA National and has ultimate responsibility for design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of multiple Microsoft and MetaFrame Presentation Servers. Her specialties are troubleshooting, new product testing, and Citrix consulting. Connie has a broad technology background with 18 years in progressively challenging IT work and a B.S. in telecommunications. Before joining CNA National Warranty, Connie was employed by GE primarily to bring a chronically problematic MetaFrame Server farm to a high level of reliability.
