This course explains and simplifies the latest scientific research in psychology, neuroscience ,and collective intelligence to help you enhance your team’s “hive thinking” and performance for more successful decision-making.
Teamwork and collaboration expert and author, Pamela Hamilton, shows you how to build a strong, resilient, high-performing team using collective intelligence tools and strategies that you can implement as a team leader or a team member.
