In Domain 1: Design Solutions for Organizational Complexity, you learn:
- What you need to know about AWS networking concepts, hybrid DNS concepts, and network segmentation.
- What you need to be skilled in troubleshooting traffic flows and utilizing service endpoints.
- Finally, you learn to develop a strategy for centralized security event
In Domain 2: Design for New Solutions, you learn to design a deployment strategy to:
- meet business requirements
- ensure business continuity
- determine security controls,
- design a system to meet reliability requirements
- optimize costs
In Domain 3: Continuous Improvement for Existing Solutions, you learn to determine a strategy to improve overall operational excellence. This process may include alerting and automatic remediation strategies, disaster recovery planning, monitoring and logging solutions, and CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Finally, you determine a system to improve security and how to handle data retention.
In Domain 4: Accelerate Workload Migration and Modernization, you learn to be familiar with tools and services for workload migration and modernization, including:

- asset planning
- prioritization and migration of workloads
- data migration options and tools
- application migration tools
- AWS networking services and DNS
