Overview
Scrum is the most widely used Agile framework for managing work, collaborating, and iteratively creating products. This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the scrum framework, how it can be successfully applied in practice, and what you should expect as you prepare to take the PSM I certification exam. The course content mirrors the exam content areas and concludes with an 80-question practice test.
