Overview
In this SolidWorks Drawing Tools (CSWPA-DT) Certification Preparation training course, expert author Dean Kerste will teach you how to use the drawing tools in SolidWorks to create 2D engineering production drawings of parts and assemblies. This course is designed for users that already have a fundamental understanding of SolidWorks. You will start by learning the drawing fundamentals, then jump into learning intermediate drawing views and functions. Dean will teach you the basics of drawing annotations, including various dimensions, center marks, and balloons. You will then learn about intermediate drawing annotations, such as hole callout, geometric tolerance, and weld symbol. This video tutorial will also show you how to create tables, drawing templates, and custom sheet formats. Finally, Dean will take you through a certification review and allow you to test your developed skills with a practice exam. Once you have completed this computer based training course, you will have an in-depth understand of drawing tools in SolidWorks, and be able to apply this knowledge to the CSWPA-DT Certification. Working files are included, allowing you to follow along with the author throughout the lessons.
