I click on 'Installing Practice' files and nothing happens.I have tried it several times but can't get it to work.

Incorrect reference to Compatibility Pack on the Companion CD On page 4, the last sentence of the second paragraph reads: "If you want to open Excel 2007 files in Excel 2000, Excel 2002, or Excel 2003, you can install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Office Word 2007, Excel 2007, and Office PowerPoint 2007 file formats from this book’s companion CD." Additional step needed between steps 3 and 4 The Service Levels workbook contains an additional mispelling that is not addressed in the instructions on page 50. Change: "3. Click Add to Dictionary. Excel 2007 adds the word to the dictionary and displays the next questioned word: TwoDay." To: "3. Click Add to Dictionary. Excel 2007 adds the word to the dictionary and displays the next questioned word: withn." Additionally, a step should be inserted between steps 3 and 4: "Click Change. Excel 2007 corrects the word and displays the next questioned word: ThreeDay."

Signature needs to be removed from Performance Dashboard practice file A Note box needs to be added before Step 1 which includes instructions for removing a signature form the sample file. Add the following: "After opening the workbook click on the Office Button. Navigate to Prepare then click on View Signatures. The Signatures window appears on the right. Right-click the signature name "Curt Frye_Exc..." and select Remove Signature. In the Remove Signature message box click Yes. If the Signature Removed message box appears click Ok."
