"Creating Cross References" update is not always automatic

[I found this on line to solve my doc problem.]
Something to keep in mind: Even if you Select All (Ctrl-A) and press F9, your cross-references might not update depending on how you are adding new headings to your document.

Cross-references break if you add a new paragraph to your document by pressing Enter at the beginning of a referenced (usually numbered) heading. To prevent this, you must add new paragraphs by pressing Enter at the end of the previous paragraph.

For example, if you have a section in your document numbered 5.2.6 and it's already referenced earlier in your document, don't press Enter where the x is below....

5.2.6 x Heading Title

Press Enter at the end of the line before this section.

This is counter-intuitive in practice, but essential to preserving accurate cross-references as your document grows.

Creating a Contact Group

When trying to create a Contact Group, no icon is displayed for New Contact Group between New E-mail and New Items on the ribbon in Outlook. According to Windows Help, there is one.

Office 2010 says Select Home, New Contact Group (Alt, H, CG). This doesn't work for me unless I'm missing something.

*Perhaps we want Home, New Items, More Items, Contact Group (Ctrl + Shift + L).

Window's Help on the topic shows the icon (I tried to snip and paste here) that shows two heads between the New Email and New Items on the ribbon. How do you do THAT?
