4th paragragh

Instructions call for choosing "the www directory from the file chooser" but there is no "www" directory in this context.

Text further confirms that "This will add the www directory to your project."

Need information as to where the intended directory is located and its proper name if not "www".

paragraphs 3 and 4

instruction for use of Xcode & PhoneGap is incomplete and omits key steps/information.

Text calls for choosing "the www directory" but neglects to provide instruction that would have created such a directory.

Critical missing step appears to be the requirement to "run" the project at least once which will create the www folder.

Text also instructs the user to "choose the www directory from the file chooser" but doesn't indicate where that www directory would be found.

Instructions from PhoneGap/Cordova recommend the use of "Show In Finder" to locate www folder; the drag into project.

1st paragraph under GWT Mobile UI

Printed text provides no URL equivalents to what were probably meant to be embedded links. Text says:
"You can download the source from here and compile it by hand, or download the prebuilt jar from my website here."

Both "here" are in italic font but there are no URLs provided.

No links provided for GWT Mobile UI. Instead, there are two italicized instances of "here" with no associated URLs. Specifically:

"You can download the source from here and compile it by hand, or download the prebuilt jar from my website here."

Also went to author's website and found no such resource.
