The following errata were submitted by our customers and have not yet been approved or disproved by the author or editor. They solely represent the opinion of the customer.

There is a sentence "Systems have previously sent random codes as an SMS message, but the SMS system does make sufficient guarantees to protect the random code in transit." It should read - "SMS system does _not_ make sufficient guarantees". |
