Step 4. 2nd sentence / Step 5.

Step 4. assumes that you have checked the CSS tab in Page Editor Options to Manual Style Application.

It never says to do this prior which makes the step impossible to do.

Recommendation:
Remove the 2nd paragraph of Step 4. and Step 5.
