Figure 1-3

In Figure 1-3, Router C has incomplete IP addresses (in my edition, it only shows "192.0.2." and "192.0.5."). For the top network, the address should probably be 192.0.2.3 and the bottom network, it should be 192.0.5.4.

Example 5-1

Figure 5-1 on the same page indicates the address used "for examples in this
chapter." However, the first example uses an IP address space that is not from the
example (the example indicates 192.0.2.65 which is not listed in the figure).

2nd paragraph, 1st sentence

The sentence says: "As a result of these AS path manipulations, more traffic will
flow over ISP B, since the path over ISP A is now longer."

This sentence contradicts with example 6-6 and 6-7 as well as the last 2 sentences
in the 2nd paragraph: "Originally, the route over ISP B was shorter. But this route
had its path prepended with the local AS number three times and the route over ISP A
just once, so the route over ISP A is preferred."

Therefore the first sentence of the second paragraph should be:
"As a result of these AS path manipulations, more traffic will flow over ISP A, since
the path over ISP B is now longer."
