4th command-line example

The command-line example has allowed two tokins to run together:
$ ./capture.sh w_idno_capt
should have been entered as:
$ ./capture.sh w_id no_capt

between paragraph 2 & 3. URL is not correct.

The FTP site listed is incorrect. The subdirectory cannot be found. The material must
have been removed, or placed on another server, or possibly has become a victim of
the Borg of Wa.
