Page 208 vs. 209

From reading the process description on pp. 206 & 207 it appears to me that the illustrations on pp. 209 & 209 are reversed, i.e. p. 208 should be the after image and p. 209 the before image; or in other words, the illustration on p. 208 should be on p. 209 and vice-versa.

Step 1 indicates the results had "too much yellow... tint of green ... bit too dark..."

Step 3 was applied "...further eliminate a slight greenish cast, ..."

On the other hand, I may have it all wrong and just prefer the image on p. 208 over that of 209. On p. 208, the boy's skin appears more lifelike with a slight pinkish hue to the cheeks and a natural clear pale whitish on the forehead, whereas in p. 209 his skin appears slightly yellowish-green. On p. 208 the color of the pony appears a clear brownish chocolate while on p. 209 the pony seems to look a dull flat dark brown. Etc., etc. Again, this may be personal preference, and the pages may really be ordered properly, with p. 209 illustrating a desired effect (one which I may not like very well).

I would like to know if they are in the correct order, and p 209 is the output of the described process, or if they were reversed and p. 208 was what was desired and produced.
