Errata for The Myths of Innovation
The errata list is a list of errors and their corrections that were found after the product was released. If the error was corrected in a later version or reprint the date of the correction will be displayed in the column titled "Date Corrected".

Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz was one of the inventors of calculus, not Friedrich Leibniz (his father). The book confuses them.

Caterina Fake's name is mispelled - in the paperback edition it's spelled Flake, when it should be Fake.
