Incorrect Figured referenced.

"In Figure 1-3 (bottom) we see what happens " should be changed to In Figure 1-2 (bottom) we see what happens

3rd paragraph

"Controller tuning is to the process of finding values for these parameters that lead to the most acceptable behavior of the closed-loop system (also see Chapter 9)."

Has an extra "to". Should be

"Controller tuning is the process of finding values for these parameters that lead to the most acceptable behavior of the closed-loop system (also see Chapter 9)."
