Note from the Author or Editor:
Page 115, first paragraph, change "…GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, CONNECT, OPTIONS, TRACE, and PATH" to "…GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, CONNECT, OPTIONS, TRACE, and PATCH". (In other words, change PATH to PATCH.)
