Errata for Creating Research and Scientific Documents Using Microsoft Word

The errata list is a list of errors and their corrections that were found after the product was released. If the error was corrected in a later version or reprint the date of the correction will be displayed in the column titled "Date Corrected".

Printed	Page 1 Note	The URL for the STREAM tools takes the reader to a site that appears to have been hijacked by advertisers. The site also has a 'this domain may be for sale message" currently showing. Most importantly, none of the links appear to work and I am unable to download the templates for the STREAM Tools mentioned in the printed book. I hope the writers or O'Reilly will be able to solve this problem soon as it seriously detracts from the value of the book if the reader cannot see how the sample templates work. Note from the Author or Editor: The authors are working on getting that site back online.
