2nd paragraph

The author is not using the variable "element" that he sets in the beginning of the code example and instead keeps using $(this), which makes the code very confusing. He also manages to set a global variable in the initial var declaration, which is probably not intended.

Also, in the middle of the page, there is a one line code example;
the ID name is faulty and should be "tabsContent" with an S.
