All of the figures referenced are printed in black and white. This is a science bood on sensors in space using specific colors to identify various wavelengths and composition.

The print copy text describes the figure and the definition of each color and what it represents. In black and white green, blue, red, and yellow are all just shades of gray.

The book should have been printed in color. I would have paid a few extra dollars for this as this is a great little book.
