2nd column, 1st paragraph

In the text of the paragraph titled 'Photoresistors in Optical Isolators', 'photoresistor' is used twice in a context that indicates a different component should be in one of the cases:

...'an optocoupler, contains an LED opposite to a photoresistor'...

and

...'Vactrol is a similar component, *except* that the LED is placed opposite to a photoresistor'...

Referencing Volume 2, I believe the optocoupler would more likely be opposite to a phototransistor and is probably the component intended in the first case.

1st column, 4th paragraph

An optocoupler or solid-state relay (described in Volume 1).

I believe this should reference Volume 2, where an optocoupler has its own chapter.

At the end of the paragraph titled 'Binning':

...LED area lighting, described in Volume 1.)

I believe this should reference Volume 2, where LED area lighting has its own chapter.

The formula (note the 'U'):

U = R * I(sub p)

should almost certainly by convention be (note the 'V'):

V = R * I(sub p)

This is just a minor formatting note.

The formula listed (note the '~MAX~'):

R = V / I~MAX~

'~MAX~' was almost certainly a formatting code that did not properly get converted to subscript MAX.

I submitted a previous errata that I thought the use of 'U' in 'U = R * I(sub p)' was a typo, with 'V' being the conventional symbol for voltage.

On page 200, 2nd column, 5th paragraph, 'U' is defined as: 'U is the voltage drop' and the formula that immediately follows uses 'U' as well: 'I = U / R'.

I stand corrected.

I'm pretty sure that:

...a reference resistance of 100.00 degrees...

should be

...a reference resistance of 100 ohms...
