Kindle version, so the concept of "page number" is non-existent. Anyway, the error text is as follows: Some designers will be creating a VUI from end to end, as a standalone systems, while others will use an existing platform, Pearl, Cathy. Designing Voice User Interfaces: Principles of Conversational Experiences (Kindle Locations 160-161). O'Reilly Media. Kindle Edition. "systems" should be "system".
