Printed	Page not applicable not applicable	In the first edition of the book, there were references given at the end of each chapters. The references were extensive, and increased size of the book, and made it bulkier than necessary. I'm a great fan of the book, and I would like to carry the book sometime during travel for example. Hence my request to you is, in the second edition, can you please move all the references to online, only if someone really wants to know the source can go there and check, which many readers don't care. I rather would like to have beautiful printed book, something I can easily carry. Please also consider publishing hard covers along with paperback. This book is a classic. Thanks!
