It appears that the Companion Content zip file contains 2 zip files with identical content, doubling the size of the file. Is there any reason for this? |

The code has a <thread> tag surrounding the <th> column header tags, this should be a <tr> tag. Visual Studio gives a warning because of this. |

Ignore my previous errata, the <thead> tag is fine and generates no error if you set the "Target schema for validation" to HTML5 in visual studio. |

To get behavior described in the following paragraph @MyHelpers.ShowMessage(message) should be replaced with @MyHelpers.ShowMessage(formattedMessage) |

on Kindle display crops off the end of sentences on many paragraphs. This includes very small large, medium and small fonts. The word just ends mid word. It happens frequently throughout the book |
